The service
Safeguard Testing Services provides psychological fitness evaluations — including administration of the MMPI-3 and, where purchased, a telehealth clinical interview — performed by licensed psychologists for security officer licensure in Texas and New Mexico.
No guaranteed outcome
Your purchase covers a professional psychological evaluation, not a particular result. The evaluating psychologist's determination may be favorable or non-favorable. If a favorable determination cannot be made, you will receive an honest explanation of the finding; fees are for the evaluation service performed.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, complete the assessment yourself without assistance, and use a private, distraction-free setting with the required technology (desktop or laptop computer with a stable internet connection).
Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe. Refund requests are considered before the evaluation process begins; once testing materials have been issued or the evaluation has started, fees are generally non-refundable. Contact us with any billing questions.
